Rebecca brings over 15 years of extensive expertise in business analysis, behavioural and change management, and project management.

Having begun her career on the ground as an implementation consultant in frontline operations from mining and utilities to healthcare and retail across the world, Rebecca has an empathetic approach to the people who make businesses what they are and a deep understanding of the universal issues that prevent optimal performance.

Rebecca has worked with executive through to middle and frontline management teams in corporations such as BP, Queensland and NSW Health, Optus, Leighton Holdings and Snowy Hydro. Rebecca successfully lead those teams on the change journey in a structured tailored manner with sustainable outcomes.

Degree qualified in business and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Rebecca transitioned from consulting into pivotal business improvement roles in telecommunications and construction. With certifications in training Rebecca is a dynamic facilitator, she has successfully developed and delivered leadership development programs across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Understanding that success in business means success with people – and recognising the importance of emotional intelligence and softer skills in the digital age – Rebecca puts relationships first. Her passion is people; fostering human connection and collaboration, building and nurturing meaningful relationships; stakeholder engagement and management; and translating financial imperatives and strategy into practical operational plans.
