Teigan is an experienced Executive Manager who is passionate about working with organisations to develop capability. She believes in collaborative solutions aligned to company values, organisational culture, strategic direction, and operational needs.
With fifteen years’ experience in managing learning and people capability functions, Teigan has an extensive background in partnering with c-suite stakeholders to build successful organisations. Her experience covers industries such as telecommunications, financial services, insurance, sales & marketing, contact centres, business process outsourcing, retail and education.
As Chief Executive Officer, Teigan manages CMA’s team and strategy, corporate solutions, and consultancy arm. Teigan supports clients through consultation in identifying core capability needs and strategy alignment.
Teigan has had a successful career supporting reputable organisations in designing and executing their talent capability strategies to meet commercial targets. Companies she has helped include Telstra Business, Telstra Consumer, Optus, Sensis, Insurance Line, TAL, Hicaps, Coles/Myers, Domestic & General Insurance, Life Broker, The Good Guys, Fisher and Paykel, Energy Australia, MetLife, NRMA, and Virgin Money.
Teigan has completed studies in Psychology, Business, Leadership and Training & Assessment. She is also a certified Hogan Assessment consultant and a super user of Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) Barrett Value Centre.
Outside work hours, Teigan has a passion for Sunday café exploring with her pug, Emmi-Rose.
