Cancellations & Deferrals: 

• Substitutes

  Registered participants may send substitutes via pre notification with a minimum of 24 hrs notice in writing to the following email address publicworkshops@cmaconsulting.com.au Please note* dietary requirements will not be met for substitute participants.

• No shows

  No refund will be given to registered participants who fail to attend the workshop, except in special circumstances eg. proven illness. Upon sufficient evidence eg. medical certificate, one deferral of participation is granted for the next scheduled CMA workshop. In the event the following workshop date is not appropriate, or otherwise, alternate reasoning, CMA reserves the right to decline subsequent requests of deferral and to retain payment. 

• Unforeseen circumstances

  If circumstances arise requiring CMA to cancel this workshop, CMA will refund your registration fee but will not be responsible for any consequential loss or inconvenience.
